Printing

Lino Printing:

Here I carved a design into a block of lino and experimented by creating a repeating pattern on fabric.

Creating Printing blocks and experimenting with Wet and Dry printing:

Here I created my own printing block by using various different textured materials, I also tried wet and dry prints and you can see the difference in the pictures below. As the printing paint is a water based the ink has bleed on the paper and created a different atmosphere in the print.

Textured Lino Printing:

Here I used lots of fabrics, card and various tools and had a great time trailing with texture and colour to create these beautiful prints.

Slab Printing:

Here we worked with a clear slap over top of an imaged and worked the ink onto the slap and then printed onto paper, this really help with getting defined images.
